江蘇電線電纜常出現的幾大問題事項
電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在我們(men)使(shi)用時,隨(sui)著使(shi)用年限(xian)的增加,會產生(sheng)各種各樣的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。如(ru)絕(jue)緣(yuan)損傷、絕(jue)緣(yuan)受潮、絕(jue)緣(yuan)老化變質、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)過(guo)熱等,當(dang)這些故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)時,應該切斷故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,尋找發(fa)生(sheng)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的地點并分析造成故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的原因,然后(hou)在故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點進(jin)行一些修護處理(li),在確(que)認沒有(you)其他(ta)問題后(hou)才能再次(ci)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。那(nei)么電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)最直接(jie)的原因主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)以(yi)下幾方面:
1、電(dian)(dian)氣方面有:電(dian)(dian)纜頭施工工藝達(da)不到要求(qiu),電(dian)(dian)纜頭密(mi)封性差,潮氣侵入電(dian)(dian)纜內部,電(dian)(dian)纜絕緣性能下降(jiang);敷設(she)電(dian)(dian)纜時(shi)未能采(cai)取保(bao)護措施,保(bao)護層遭破壞(huai),絕緣降(jiang)低。
2、土建(jian)方面:工(gong)(gong)(gong)井(jing)管溝排水不暢,電(dian)(dian)纜長期被(bei)水浸泡,損害絕緣強度;工(gong)(gong)(gong)井(jing)太小(xiao),電(dian)(dian)纜彎曲半(ban)徑不夠(gou),長期受擠壓外力破(po)壞。主要是市政(zheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中機械野蠻(man)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),挖傷挖斷電(dian)(dian)纜。
3、腐蝕。保護(hu)層長(chang)期遭受化學腐蝕或電纜(lan)腐蝕,致(zhi)使保護(hu)層失(shi)效,絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低。
4、長期超負荷運行,將使電纜溫度升高,絕緣老(lao)化,以(yi)致擊(ji)穿絕緣,降低施工質量。
5、電纜本身或是(shi)電纜頭附件質(zhi)量差,電纜頭密封(feng)性差,絕緣膠溶(rong)解,開裂,導致站出(chu)現(xian)的諧振現(xian)象為(wei)線路斷線故障使線路相(xiang)間電容及對地電容與配電變壓器勵磁(ci)電感構成諧振回路,從而激發(fa)鐵(tie)磁(ci)諧振。
