一、電(dian)纜屏(ping)蔽(bi)層
1、在(zai)(zai)導體表(biao)面(mian)加一層半(ban)導電(dian)材(cai)料的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層,它與(yu)被屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)的(de)導體等電(dian)位,并與(yu)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)層良(liang)好接(jie)觸,從(cong)而避免在(zai)(zai)導體與(yu)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)層之間(jian)發生局部放(fang)電(dian)。這(zhe)一層屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi),又(you)稱為(wei)內屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層。在(zai)(zai)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)和護套接(jie)觸處,也可能存在(zai)(zai)間(jian)隙,電(dian)纜彎曲時,油紙電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)易造(zao)成裂(lie)紋,這(zhe)些都(dou)是(shi)引起局部放(fang)電(dian)的(de)因(yin)素(su)。
2、在絕(jue)緣層(ceng)表面加一層(ceng)半導電材料的(de)屏蔽層(ceng),它與(yu)被屏蔽的(de)絕(jue)緣層(ceng)有良好接觸,與(yu)金(jin)屬護套(tao)等(deng)電位(wei),從(cong)而避免在絕(jue)緣層(ceng)與(yu)護套(tao)之間發生局部放電。

2、金屬(shu)屏蔽
電線電纜廠家對于沒有金屬護套的中低壓電力電纜,除了設置有半導電屏蔽層外,還要增加金屬屏蔽層。金屬屏蔽層通常由銅帶或銅絲繞包而成,主要起到屏蔽電場的作用。
